Our vineyards are farmed sustainably in the Kakheti wine region of Georgia. Fermentation happens in traditional qvevri and open-top tanks, with native yeast and zero additives. Every bottle is unfiltered, unfined and alive.
Everithing starts in the vineyard. We hand-harvest grapes from sustainablyIt managed plots, then let wild yeast spark the natural fermentation. Absolutely zero additives. Only pure grape magic.
